Everett Cuskaden is an attorney with over 35 years of experience. Formerly a Deputy Attorney General with the State of Hawaii, Mr. Cuskaden has also served as a Commissioner on the State Land Use Commission, a Special Master for the Family Court, and in 2004, President of the Family Law Section. Mr. Cuskaden received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Hawaii Federal District Court, and all State of Hawaii courts.
