Attorney's Profile

Allen Lidy was raised in Newburgh, Indiana near Evansville. Allen graduated from Castle High School with Honors and after earning 7 letters while competing in two varsity sports – football and track. He attended Ball State University on a full athletic scholarship and was a four-time letterwinner in football. He graduated Cum Laude in 2002 with B.A.'s in English and Latin and as a graduate of the Honors College.

Allen attended Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and graduated in 2005. In May 2003, Allen began his clerkship with Roscoe Stovall, Jr. & Associates. In 2004, Allen was selected into the summer internship program with the United States Army JAG Corps where he focused strictly on criminal cases. Allen returned to Roscoe Stovall, Jr. & Associates and chose to remain with the firm upon his admittance to the bar in late 2005.

Since that time, Allen has been engaged primarily in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury litigation. He practices in State and Federal Court. He has tried felony cases to verdicts in nine different counties in central Indiana. He has tried juvenile cases to verdicts in three different jurisdictions.
