Jason M. Kueser has spent his legal career representing individuals, groups, and companies in litigation and arbitration. In addition, he has represented clients in class action litigation.
Jason possesses an excellent combination of business and legal knowledge and experience, which he utilizes for his clients' advantage. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jason worked in the financial services industry for several years as a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative, as well as an accountant for a national mutual fund company.
Jason is currently admitted to the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He currently serves on the editorial board of the PIABA Bar Journal. Jason has also written articles that have been published in law reviews, industry legal publications, and newspapers.
Jason is an alumnus of the University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law, where he graduated with an emphasis in litigation and business law. He also earned an MBA and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
