As the managing partner of Collins Defense Law, Brandi Collins is committed to her role as advocate for those accused in criminal cases. Brandi Collins graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BA in English. She attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. In law school, she was an Associate Editor of the UALR Law Journal. After law school, Ms. Collins was an in-house attorney for a group of trucking and transportation related companies, working extensively with National Highway Traffic Saftey Administration regulations and procedures. She has also worked in the areas of business law and corporate litigation. Since joining Collins Defense Law in 2003, she has worked exclusively in the criminal defense field, specifically DWI and drug cases, where her research and writing skills are indispensable assets for the defense of these cases, especially in cases involving appeals to higher courts. Ms. Collins has received extensive training in the defense of DWI cases, particularly as to the science involved in this area. Ms. Collins is a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and a general member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc.
