Marc H. Schtul, is a "quasi-native" of Denver, Colorado having moved here at the age of 2, and is a graduate of the Denver Public School system.
Marc graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Denver School of Business. Marc then spent several years working with Regional CPA firms and national financial service firms, as an investment consultant, before returning to and graduating, first in his class, from law school at the University of Denver College of Law.
After graduating, seeking to maximize his trial experience, Marc practiced with a large insurance defense firm and participated in many Federal and State trials, as well as arbitration proceedings. He then took his talents to the business world serving as General Counsel for a large manufacturing company and then as President/CEO of Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (BID), a Quasi Municipality, with primary responsibility for managing a multi million dollar budget and expanding his knowledge base in the business world. This experience also enhanced his conflict resolution skills as he led the business district through many negotiations with City of Denver officials as well as the major residential associations as the BID led the revitalization project that ultimately resulted in the world renowned Clayton Lane project in Cherry Creek North.
After many accomplishments at the BID, Marc returned to his passion in 2008 as a founding member of Webb & Schtul, LLC where he serves as the firm's litigation director. In his "spare" time, Marc is actively involved with various charitable pursuits and enjoys his time with his wife, daughter and the family Beagle at their home in Parker, Colorado.
