Mr. Fernandez was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Tampa Catholic High School and received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2008. While at South Texas College of Law, Mr. Fernandez interned for the Honorable Chris W. Altenbernd in the Second District Court of Appeal and the State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District. Mr. Fernandez also worked as a summer associate for a prominent personal injury law firm. He also served as an editor for the Corporate Counsel Review and as Vice Chair of the ABA Law Student Division. After finishing law school he joined the law firm of Kinney, Fernandez & Boire, P.A where he focuses only representing the injured.
