How is airspace control regulated?
Airspace control is regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in Texas. The FAA is responsible for regulating air traffic control in the United States, including in Texas. The FAA publishes an Aeronautical Chart which details control of the airspace in each state.
