How do I prepare articles of incorporation?

In Missouri, forming a corporation requires filing Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State. Before filing the Articles, you need to do some research. You need to make sure no other corporation already exists with a similar name. Additionally, you should research the state laws and regulations to make sure you understand any requirements or restrictions that apply to your business.
