What are the responsibilities of a corporate officer?
A corporate officer is a person that is appointed to manage the day-to-day operations of a corporation. Moreover, corporate officers should act in the best interests of the corporation and in accordance with the governing laws and regulations. Finally, corporate officers should exercise their authority in a manner that is not detrimental to the corporation or shareholders.
