In addition, cannabis advertising is not allowed to appear on television, radio, or in any print publication distributed in Washington that has more than 15 percent of its readership under the age of 21, or in any other medium where more than 15 percent of the audience is reasonably expected to be under the age of 21. It is also prohibited in outdoor advertising near elementary or secondary schools, playgrounds, public parks, day-care centers, public transit facilities, alcohol and drug treatment facilities, or any other area where minors are present.
