Are there limits on the amount of cannabis that can be purchased at one time?

In Nebraska, there are limits on the amount of cannabis that can be purchased at one time. According to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, a person must obtain a medical cannabis card to possess and purchase cannabis products. This card then allows the cardholder to purchase up to four ounces of cannabis in any 21-day period. Additionally, the cardholder can purchase up to four cannabis plants and possess up to 16 ounces of cannabis from the plants they grow. If the cardholder purchases cannabis from a dispensary, they can only purchase up to two ounces in any 21-day period. The dispensary is also limited to selling no more than four ounces to a cardholder in one visit. Finally, the cardholder is limited to possessing no more than eight ounces of cannabis at any one time. It is important to note that these limits apply to the purchase and possession of cannabis in the state of Nebraska and are subject to change if the law is amended.
