What rights do I have as a condo owner?

In Texas, as a condo owner you have the right to join the condominium association, enjoy the use of facilities, and pay fees to keep the common areas maintained. You are also entitled to a basic set of property rights, such as the right to occupy and exclude anyone else from occupying your unit, the right to sell or dispose of the unit, the right to peacefully enjoy the unit and common areas, and the right to receive full disclosure of all material facts as required by law.
