What is the legal definition of sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is a type of civil rights law in Texas that is defined as any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. This includes any conduct or behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working or educational environment for an individual or group.
