How do I file an ADA complaint?
If you feel that you have been discriminated against or denied access to public services due to a disability in Washington, you can file an ADA complaint. This is done by contacting the U.S. Department of Justice or the Office of the Attorney General. The first step is to contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.
