What is an interactive process?

An interactive process is a type of dialogue used to ensure an individual with a disability is provided with reasonable accommodations in the workplace. In Georgia, the interactive process is governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Georgia Equal Employment for Persons with Disabilities (GEED) laws.
