What is the difference between a non-compete and a non-disclosure agreement?
Non-compete and non-disclosure agreements are two distinct legal contracts used in employment law in North Carolina. A non-compete agreement is a legally binding contract between an employer and employee, in which the employee agrees not to work for any of the employer’s competitors for a certain period of time after leaving the job.
