What is the process to apply for a Fiancee visa?
To apply for a Fiancee visa in Washington, you must follow a specific process. The first step is to obtain the necessary form for the visa application, known as Form I-129F. You must fill out the form with details of both the petitioning and foreign fiancee, and submit the completed document to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition must be properly filed with an approved fee and the necessary supporting documents. Once your Form I-129F is received, the USCIS will review it and determine if the foreign fiancee is eligible for the visa. After approval, the foreign fiancee must undergo a medical exam to prove good health and have a valid passport.
