What is an H-3 visa?
An H-3 visa is an immigration status issued by the United States to individuals who wish to temporarily come to the United States to participate in a training program. This particular visa is largely used by students to participate in special education programs that are not available in their home country. This visa is also available to those who would like to take part in a cooperative research and training program which is sponsored by an educational institution, a government, an organization, or a business in the United States. It is important to note that the H-3 visa is only available for a specific training program and cannot be used for any type of employment in the United States. This visa is only valid for up to two years and the individual must obtain an appropriate visa before being allowed to remain in the United States for longer than the maximum two-year window. In order to qualify for the H-3 visa, the individual must demonstrate to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service that they have the necessary qualifications, skills, and training for the program for which they are applying. In Washington State, individuals seeking an H-3 visa must contact a local USCIS office. They must provide proof of the training program in which they are participating, as well as sufficient documentation of their qualifications and qualifications of the sponsoring organization. For students, a valid student visa is also necessary to obtain the H-3 visa. After obtaining the visa, the individual must follow specific government regulations throughout their stay in the United States.
