What is an H-1A visa?

An H-1A visa is a type of non-immigrant visa used for students living in New Mexico who are seeking to come to the United States for a period of temporary study or research. This type of visa allows a foreign national to enter the United States and stay for the duration of their studies or research. In order to be eligible for an H-1A visa, the student must have obtained a valid offer of admission to an accredited program in the United States, have obtained all of the necessary approvals to receive a visa, and must have a valid passport.
