How does information technology law differ from other legal fields?
Information technology law, also known as IT law, differs from other legal fields in a few ways. Firstly, it is concerned with the law surrounding the use of technology such as computers, networks, and software, dealing with issues such as privacy and cybercrime. It is a relatively new field, so not all aspects are yet clearly defined. Secondly, because technology is constantly evolving, the laws around it must evolve as well.
