What is a non-judicial settlement agreement?
A non-judicial settlement agreement is a legal document that is used in California to settle inheritance disputes outside of the courtroom. It is a document that is signed by all parties who are involved in the dispute, which means that all of the parties involved have agreed to the terms that are outlined in the agreement.
