What is the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act?

The Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSAWPA), enacted in 1983, is an important labor law in Rhode Island. Its purpose is to protect workers from unfair labor practices.
