How can municipal laws be amended or repealed?
In Nevada, municipal laws can be amended or repealed through the legislative process. The legislative process is primarily composed of local governing bodies such as city councils and county commissions, who are responsible for passing laws and ordinances. When a local governing body wishes to amend or repeal a municipal law, they must first draft the proposed law.
