How can I obtain a copy of my parole or probation records?
If you are living in Washington and would like to obtain a copy of your parole or probation records, you will need to contact the Washington State Department of Corrections. The contact information for the department is available online. The Washington State Department of Corrections allows individuals to submit a request for their records through the mail or in person at their office. If you choose to submit a request by mail, you will need to include a completed release of records authorization form, a copy of your state-issued photo ID, and payment for the records.
