What are the disclosure requirements when I rent out property?

Finally, landlords must disclose any restrictions on the use of the property. This can be anything from prohibiting pets to not allowing tenants to make any renovations. All of these disclosure requirements must be listed in the lease agreement and tenants must sign the agreement in order for it to be legally binding.
