What is the difference between a realtor and a real estate agent?

Realtors and real estate agents are important professionals in the world of residential real estate law in New Hampshire. Both are licensed to assist people in the buying and selling of homes, as well as other types of property. Realtors typically have more access to this database than real estate agents do, allowing them to provide more up-to-date and detailed information to their clients.
