What are the rights of individuals under the Tenth Amendment?
The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution is one of the most important Amendments to our country’s Constitutions. It reads “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” In other words, the Tenth Amendment protects the rights of the people and the states from interference and overreach by the federal government.
