What is a private judging system?
A private judging system is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) law in South Carolina. It is an alternative method of solving legal disputes outside of a court of law. It is also known as private dispute resolution (PDR). In South Carolina, private judging systems use an impartial third-party to hear a case and make a decision.
