In Arizona, an arbitration process timeline can vary significantly depending on the circumstances of the case. Generally, the process begins with the filing of a Request for Arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Once the request is received, the AAA assigns an arbitrator and a hearing is scheduled. The parties involved are then notified of the date and time of the hearing. Depending on the complexity of the case, there may be multiple hearings before a final award is rendered. The parties involved must attend the hearing and present their case. Evidence may be presented and witnesses may be called to testify. After all of the evidence is presented, the arbitrator will render a Final Award which can then be enforced by court order.
