What are the legal requirements for a corporate officers?
In Missouri, there are certain legal requirements that an individual must meet in order to qualify as a corporate officer. Generally speaking, corporate officers must be appointed by the board of directors of the company and they must be approved by the shareholders. The officer must also be at least 18 years of age and must have the requisite expertise and qualifications for the position.
