Yes, you can file a complaint against a condo association in Texas if you feel they are not following the rules. Texas has a law called the Texas Condominium Act (TCA) which sets out the rules and regulations of condo associations. Under this law, the board of the condo association must act in good faith and with reasonable care. These are called fiduciary duties and they include following the laws as well as the condo association’s governing documents such as the bylaws and rules and regulations.
