Yes, there are limits on how much you can increase your condo association dues in Virginia. The Virginia Condominium Act sets the following limits on how much a condo association can increase its dues each year. The condo association may also increase dues beyond the 5 percent limit in certain circumstances, such as when the increase covers specific improvements or repairs.
