What is Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Law?

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Law is a type of bankruptcy protection that is available in the state of Washington. This type of bankruptcy allows individuals to eliminate certain debts by liquidating their assets and using the proceeds to repay creditors.
