What are the protected classes under Fair Housing Law?
In Florida, Fair Housing Law protects certain classes of people from discrimination based on certain characteristics. Age is defined as individuals aged 18 and older. Fair Housing Law in Florida is there to protect individuals from discrimination in housing and real estate transactions.
