When did human rights law develop?
Human rights law is a type of law that seeks to protect the inherent rights of all individuals and recognizes the importance of dignity, fairness, and equality. This type of law has a long history that dates back to ancient civilizations and is often credited as the basis of modern international law. The modern concept of human rights law is widely credited to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.
