What is the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights?
The Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights is an international agreement that was created in 2008 to strengthen and protect human rights in South Carolina and around the world.
