What is the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB)?
The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) is an international body that specializes in resolving disputes between signatories of trade agreements, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO). The DSB is responsible for overseeing the entire dispute settlement process, from the initiation of a dispute to the enforcement of accepted rulings.
