Additionally, all products must be labeled with the medical marijuana facility’s name, the product’s name, the amount of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) per dose, and a list of ingredients. Furthermore, the THC content must not exceed five milligrams per dose and the total THC content of the marijuana must not exceed a 35 percent concentration. Finally, there is a cap on how much medical marijuana can be dispensed per month, which is currently set at a 30 day supply which is determined by consultation with a medical professional. All medical marijuana products must also be kept in their original packaging and must be labeled with the medical marijuana facility’s name.
