What is the UCMJ Article 120?

Aggravated sexual abuse falls into the same category, but it involves the use of force or threats of force to compel the victim to engage in sexual activity. Any form of nonconsensual sexual contact committed by members of the U.S. Armed Forces while on duty in New York can result in serious consequences, up to and including court-martial, dishonorable discharge, and a potential federal prison sentence.
