What type of records must employers keep in regards to wage and hour laws?
In North Dakota, employers must keep accurate records of employee wages, hours worked, and other relevant information regarding wage and hour laws. Employers must also keep records of any leave taken by employees, including vacation, holiday, family and medical leave, and other types of absence. Furthermore, employers must keep records detailing any disciplinary action taken against employees and documents showing that they paid the minimum wage.
