What are the rules for paying salary employees overtime?
In Pennsylvania, salary employees must be paid overtime when working more than 40 hours in a workweek. Overtime pay is one-and-a-half times the regular pay rate for all hours worked over forty. These records must be kept for a minimum of three years, and employers must pay employees their full overtime compensation no later than the next regular payday after the overtime work was completed.
