Yes, there are time frames in which a disability discrimination complaint must be filed in Massachusetts. Generally, a complaint must be filed with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of the alleged act of discrimination. In certain circumstances, the time limit may be extended, but it is best to file the complaint as soon as possible.
