What is the registration process for overseas voters?

In Arkansas, overseas voters are eligible to participate in the elections if they meet certain criteria. Overseas voter registration is done through the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP). To register, overseas voters can either fill out the Federal Postcard Application form (FPCA) or register online. The FPCA form can be downloaded from the FVAP website, or obtained from a local Election Office or U.S. Embassy or Consulate. This form must be filled out in English and signed and dated.
