What is the Clean Power Plan?
The Clean Power Plan (CPP) is a Washington-based plan created to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide from coal- and gas-fired power plants. This plan was introduced by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to limit the amount of emissions that can be released from these plants.
