What documents do I need to apply for a Cultural Exchange visitor visa?

In order to apply for a Cultural Exchange visa in Virginia, applicants must complete an application form, which can be obtained from the U.S. Department of State or from a Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) office. Applicants must also provide a valid passport, a copy of their immigration paperwork, including a travel document such as a Visa or Residency Permit, and proof of financial ability to pay for their travel and stay.
