What is the Education and Training Voucher Program?

The Education and Training Voucher Program (ETV) in North Carolina is a financial assistance program that helps individuals receive post-secondary education and training. Eligible youth who have been in the foster care system, or are aging out of the system, may access the program in order to help cover the cost of tuition and other related educational expenses.
