What rules regulate advertising for tobacco products?

In Washington, the rules and regulations surrounding advertising of tobacco products are contained in Chapter 70.155 of the Revised Code of Washington. According to this law, advertising for tobacco products is prohibited in certain places, such as within 500 feet of a school and any places primarily occupied by persons under 18 years of age.
