The International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (CMW) is a United Nations agreement that promotes the fundamental rights of migrant workers and their families under international law. The CMW can be broken down into 6 main areas, which are: Protections and Right, Non-Discrimination, Labour Rights, Family Unity, Human Rights, and Equality and Freedom from Exploitation.
