What is the minimum wage?

The minimum wage in California is $12.00 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees; $13.00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees; and for employers of any size in the City of Los Angeles, employers must pay a minimum wage of $14.25 per hour as of July 1, 2020.
