Can my employer reduce my pay without informing me?

Unfortunately, in most cases, your employer can reduce your pay without informing you in the state of Hawaii. Under Hawaii employment law, employers typically have the right to modify pay and benefit programs as long as it is done in good faith and is not an attempt to avoid obligations in an employment contract or other laws.
